Dance/Movement Therapy: an innovative (yet ancient) healing modality to complement addiction recovery
This workshop is geared towards all members of 12-step fellowships. It is a general recovery-focused workshop and not a 12-step meeting.
In this workshop, we will be having a look at what dance/movement therapy is and how it can be especially beneficial for those with c-PTSD or who are in recovery.
There will be a mix of presentation, sharing of experience and experiential exercises, with time for questions and discussion.
ACCESSIBILITY: if you have particular access needs, please reach out to me via my email olivia.streater@movementtherapych.com
